These charms are in the Thomas Sabo and Pilgrim Jewellery fashion and virtually identical to the real thing but at a substantial fraction of the cost. Rhodium plating is superior to silver or gold plating due to their higher sheen and stronger resistance to wear and scratches. As with all types of plating, there are grades of plating. This one is A+ Grade quality Rhodium plating, assuring you of much stronger wear and longer sheen and anti-scratch properties. Rhodium metal is more valued and much stronger than 925 Silver which, unless you take very good care, or itself has been highly Rhodium plated, then the 925 Silver will show scratches and dullness much faster. And it will tarnish. This will not.
